This product is made in China, in the Shanghai region, a cradle of textile expertise recognised worldwide. Although it is resistant to chlorine and salt water, in order to prolong the durability of this product, we recommend rinsing it with clean water at the end of a day where it has been in contact with salt or chlorinated water.

If you wish to machine wash this product, we recommend that you follow the care instructions specified on this product sheet or on the label of your garment or accessory.

Is the fabric breathable and able to wick away perspiration?

Does the UPF 50+ protection ever wash out?

The UPF 50+ protection does not wash out.

Our sun protective expertise has allowed us to develop fabrics that filter UV rays mechanically. Thanks to the meticulous choice of textile fibers, their optimized density and our advanced weaving techniques, we guarantee a UPF 50+ protection, without added sunscreens, which persists throughout the life of the product, even after many washes.

To preserve the quality and durability of your product, we recommend that you follow care instructions carefully specified on this product sheet (see above) or on the label.

Do I need to apply sunscreen underneath my UPF 50+ clothing?

With Ker Sun sun protective clothing and accessories, there’s no need to apply sunscreen on covered areas.

However, for full protection, it’s important to apply sunscreen to any exposed skin. We recommend applying sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapplying every two hours or after swimming, in accordance with the instructions for the product you’re using.

I’ve been struggling with skin over sensitivity from sun on my hands for years (it’s been painful and hard to manage), every summer if I spend more then 2 hours in the sun, my hands would burn from inside. When I came across this product I thought: what if it works. I went to the exact place that gave me the worst sun allergy flare up 2 years ago, same conditions, same time spent outside, the only difference is that this time I had my UV gloves. And I am so grateful for this product, my hands felt cooling effect, it was comfortable and nice looking, and when after 2 days in the sun, I didn’t feel and pain or burning, I almost cried. les gants protègent très bien contre les UV et sont confortable .
Petits défauts : les grip en silicone anti-dérapant ont tendance a devenir blanc ou a partir surtout au niveau des bouts des doigts (mes gants sont noirs est cela se voit bien).

I bought it mainly for daily car driving, but will use it also during hiking, biking and other activities to protect hand skin from the sun. They are made of material pleasant for the skin, have some anti-slip coating and work with touch-screens. They are long enough to safely cover wrists, which was important point for me when choosing UV protecting gloves. I have chosen this navy ones and natural beige, I am satisfied with both colours.

J'apprécie la qualité du produit, la finesse du tissus. Je regrette uniquement la longueur des doigts qui pour moi est un peu grande.
J'ai pris la taille M après avoir pris les mesures et aussi parce que c'est ma taille standard ailleurs mais je pense que le S aurait été suffisante mais plus ajustée au niveau de la largeur de la main.
J'essaierai la prochaine fois :)
