Returns

We will issue a full refund for all returned products that meet the eligibility conditions below.

For returns from the United Kingdom, we offer the shipping label for £4,90.

Please contact us at bonjour@ker-sun.com to get this shipping label.

1 - Returned items must be in new condition with labels still attached

2 - You must have received the order less than 15 days ago to request a return.

To make an exchange, simply make a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Once the parcel has been received at our premises, please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed.

We will fully refund all returned products.

If shipping costs were paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.
