This product is made in China, in the Shenzhen region, a cradle of textile expertise recognised worldwide. How should I care for it to maintain its quality?

Although it is resistant to chlorine and salt water, in order to prolong the durability of this product, we recommend rinsing it with clean water at the end of a day where it has been in contact with salt or chlorinated water.

If you wish to machine wash this product, we recommend that you follow the care instructions specified on this product sheet or on the label of your garment or accessory.

Is this product suitable for my skin type?

Ker Sun’s UV-protective clothing and accessories are designed to provide high-performance protection for all skin types, including the most sensitive.

Does the UPF 50+ protection ever wash out?

The UPF 50+ protection does not wash out.

Our sun protective expertise has allowed us to develop fabrics that filter UV rays mechanically. Thanks to the meticulous choice of textile fibers, their optimized density and our advanced weaving techniques, we guarantee a UPF 50+ protection, without added sunscreens, which persists throughout the life of the product, even after many washes.

To preserve the quality and durability of your product, we recommend that you follow care instructions carefully specified on this product sheet (see above) or on the label.

Do I need to apply sunscreen underneath my UPF 50+ clothing?

With Ker Sun sun protective clothing and accessories, there’s no need to apply sunscreen on covered areas.

However, for full protection, it’s important to apply sunscreen to any exposed skin. We recommend applying sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapplying every two hours or after swimming, in accordance with the instructions for the product you’re using.

Mein Must-have für den Strandurlaub

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Badejacke. Die Größe passt perfekt – ich habe sie nach der Empfehlung auf der Website gewählt. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig und der Schutz ausgezeichnet. Besonders praktisch ist der Reißverschluss, und das Material trocknet schnell. Die Farben sind schön leuchtend. Dank der Jacke musste ich mich nicht mit Unmengen Sonnencreme einreiben – sie hat mir im Grunde so viel erspart, wie ich sonst für 2–3 Flaschen guter Sonnenschutzcreme aus der Apotheke ausgebe, die ich üblicherweise für zwei Wochen Urlaub kaufe.

Très jolie veste

J'ai porté la veste pour faire du pédalo et du kayak cet été. Elle est confortable et sèche vite. Je la gardais pour mes balades sur la digue parce que je la trouve très jolie. Les manches sont quand même fort larges donc lorsqu'on remonte sur un bateau ou une planche, les avant-bras sont découverts. Lorsqu'elle est portée longtemps, la tirette sur le col gêne, il me semble que le maillot a une protection au cou.

Super UV Badejacke

Da ich mich viel auf dem Boot aufhalte habe ich etwas leichtes gesucht mit langen Ärmeln mit dem ich an Bord geschützt bin und auch mal schnell ins Wasser kann. Das wirklich angenehme Tragegefühl und die Passform haben mich außerdem überzeugt, das richtige gekauft zu haben. Begeistert bin ich besonders von dem Reißverschluss. So muss ich nicht das nasse Teil über den Kopf ziehen. Es ist schnell an- und auszuziehen und schnell trocknend. Danke für die tolle Entwicklung dieser Badejacke.

Le guide des tailles, tout au moins pour cet article n’ayant pas acheté d’autres modèles, me semble sur dimensionné; mes mensurations correspondant à XL alors que le L aurait été suffisant.

La matière est douce et élastique. Je fais normalement une taille L-XL et j'ai pris une taille L, qui est parfaite :)
