In Annecy, in the heart of the French Alps, we design our collections, select each fabric, create prototypes, and carry out UV-protection tests as well as quality control. Our team also provides attentive and accessible customer service there. From our logistics hub in Burgundy, in north-eastern France, your orders are carefully prepared and shipped worldwide.

This product is made in China, in the Shanghai region, a cradle of textile expertise recognised worldwide. Dyeing, weaving, garment making – every step is carried out locally by our trusted partners, carefully selected for their know-how and the rigour of their production standards. This choice is deliberate: it allows us to combine outstanding quality, durability, and controlled pricing, without ever compromising your health.

For your safety, our UV-protective clothing is classified as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the European Union. As such, it is subject to strict regulatory checks, ensuring reliable and lasting protection, as well as consistent quality.

Falls das Geschenk dem Empfänger nicht gefallen sollte, kann es selbstverständlich gemäß unseren Rückgabebedingungen zurückgesendet werden.

Unsere Rückgabebedingungen sind wie folgt:

-Die zurückgesandten Artikel müssen sich in einem neuen Zustand befinden und die Etiketten müssen noch angebracht sein.
-Die Rücksendung muss innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Erhalt der Bestellung beantragt werden.
-Für Rücksendungen fällt eine Pauschale von 2 € pro Bestellung an, unabhängig von der Anzahl der zurückgesendeten Artikel. Dieser Betrag wird von der Erstattung abgezogen.

Wenn ein Umtausch gewünscht wird, kann einfach eine Rücksendung vorgenommen und anschließend der gewünschte Artikel neu bestellt werden.
