Measure the circumference of your hand around its fullest part, just below the knuckles, excluding the thumb. Use your right hand if you are right-handed, and your left hand if you are left-handed. Refer to the size chart above. We recommend that individuals with very long fingers or who prefer a looser fit consider ordering one size up.
